Plot summary

Chris Calder, played by Corey Haim, is forced to change to a school where he has a reputation as someone that the popular kids want dead. In a plan to avoid Kurt and his friends, Chris dresses up as a girl on the way to school, but after running into two teachers, he is forced to assume the role longer than he expected, where he soon finds some rather beneficial elements, such as being able to get closer to one of the most beautiful girls in school, Marie Stark, played by Nicole Eggert, but the problem is that the girl happens to be Kurt's sister.

• Just One of the Girls is one of the three films that Corey Haim and Nicole Eggert would star in together, the other two being Blown Away and The Double 0 Kid.
• Was filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
• The scene in the female shower room was re-shot and edited for television so all the female high school students are wearing towels as opposed to the video version where they are completely nude.
• Also may be one of the earliest mainstream motion pictures to show a Brazilian waxed female. The shower scene shows one of the 'shower girls' with a Brazilian wax which was rare for time (1993).
• Alanis Morissette makes an appearance as herself, singing onstage. At this point, her style leaned closer to teen-pop starlets such as Debbie Gibson and Tiffany.
